• Payment terms vary depending on the type of service. Deposits may be required to secure your booking.
• Full payment is generally due upon delivery of final products or services unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be notified in writing at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid forfeiture of any deposit.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed upon in advance.

4. Delivery and Turnaround Time

We aim to deliver final edited photographs and related products within the agreed timeframe. However, delivery dates may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

• All images, designs, and creative works produced by Creative Capture Ltd remain our intellectual property unless a license or assignment is explicitly granted.
• Clients are granted a license to use final images for personal or commercial purposes as agreed. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure all information provided during booking and sessions is accurate.
• For bespoke or commercial shoots, clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or clearances for locations or subjects.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creative Capture Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and comply with relevant data protection laws. Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
